Wheelchair Van Rentals

Boulevard Van City has wheelchair van rentals available in Buffalo for rent daily, weekly or monthly. We service the Buffalo and Niagara Falls Airports. We offer rear and side entry wheelchair accessible minivans for rent to suit your needs.

SPECIALS

WEEKEND SPECIAL - $285.00 plus tax – Wheelchair Van is available for pickup on Friday after 1P.M. and must be returned no later than Monday at 10A.M. Our weekend special includes 250 free miles.

We also offer Holiday Rates for Memorial & Labor Day Weekends; Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years. For holidays and summer we suggest calling several weeks ahead to ensure a vehicle will be available that meets your needs.

Please note we allow 100 free miles per day, a fee of $0.50 per mile will be charged for every mile over the 100 free miles. Refueling charges of $10.00 per gallon will apply if the vehicle is not returned with the same level as when it was picked up.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A cancellation fee of $25.00 will be charged to the customers credit card if Boulevard Van City is notified 72 hours in advance of the rental date. If Boulevard Van City is notified less than 72 hours in advance there will be a charge of $100.00.

2.)   Major Credit Card is required to secure reservation
3.)   Proof of valid driver’s license; driver must be 21 years of age
4.)   Proof of insurance; must include full coverage for rental vehicle
5.)   Pick Up and delivery are available for an additional fee
